We service ALL types and brands of mainstream solar. There are some “Internet” or off brands we are unable to service.

Price : The basic service cost is $149 for the first hour and $75 for each ½ hour after. Any materials used are in addition to the service cost. If the cost exceeds $200 we will notify you before we perform any additional work. Should you have issues that we are unable to resolve and have been deemed unrepairable, or you should not choose to move forward with repairs because the repairs are more than $200, your cost will be reduced to $75 for a “trip charge”.

Solar pool heating service addresses the specific problem you contacted us about, and our technician will complete a full system check so we can uncover any other problems present and resolve them on the same visit. Our goal is to get you fixed on one trip!

Solar Electric (Photovoltaics) service for systems that have monitoring will start in the office. If Solar Trek installed your system, we have access to your system online. If we did not install your system, you can contact the inverter manufacturer and transfer monitoring to Solar Trek. Many times, issues can be identified and resolved without a “truck roll.” Should a truck roll be required, knowing exactly what and where the issue is, can greatly reduce your costs. If the defective components are covered by warranty, we will facilitate the warranty claim for all mainstream products. If your system does not have monitoring, the diagnostics can take considerable time and more expense.

Systems that were left incomplete, never commissioned or permit not closed out can be fixed. This will take a site visit to determine what is needed to get your solar turned on and working properly.

The warranty for any work performed is guaranteed for one year. This covers the work performed by Solar Trek. Should a separate part or issue arise, there will be an additional cost.
